Fitness Locker is a global source of endurance sports coaching and plant-based sports nutrition services that will enhance one's health and wellness, and athletic performance. The cornerstone of our coaching is the integration of a wholefood plant-based diet and the use of heart rate variability in order to maximise performance, recovery, and health.

Our mission is to reach out to more athletes and fitness enthusiasts with our own developed specialised environment, offering an extended range of services that extends beyond the traditional realms of coaching. Fitness Locker's head coach is Triathlon New Zealand level 3 accredited, Cycling New Zealand accredited and XTERRA certified, with a Vegan Nutritionist and Sports Nutrition Business Diploma.

 

Based in Auckland, Fitness Locker services the rest of New Zealand, and Australia. We welcome athletes from anywhere in the world.
