ATHLETES FOR NATURE

This campaign uses physical activity as a means to help achieve some of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Physical activity has multiple health, social and economic benefits that can make a significant contribution to community well-being and quality of life. Regular physical activity is proven to help prevent and treat non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes, help prevent hypertension, overweight and obesity, and can improve mental health too.

SPORTS GEAR REVIVED

We believe in providing opportunities to those less fortunate, especially those that could one day make a significant contribution themselves. We coordinate the collection of sports gear and deliver it to schools within the lower-socioeconomic and higher-deprivation communities of the Waikato and Northland regions of New Zealand. This includes sports clothing, tracksuits, swimwear, shoes and bags, and equipment such as bats, rackets and balls. Donating to the selected schools also positively impacts the surrounding communities.

PLAN(E)T CUISINE

The Plant(e)t Cuisine campaign not only encourages a plant-centred diet but also provides guidance on adopting and thriving on a well-balanced plant-based diet.A healthy plant-based diet is associated with a myriad of health benefits. Diet can be a powerful tool for not only treating chronic illness but for reducing our impact on the planet.
