Coaching Plans
All new athletes requiring a training programme need to sign up for a full Athlete Consultation with ongoing feedback available for the 1 month. Thereafter you have a choice with ongoing Monthly Support for as long as you like or simply choosing Athlete's Locker for access to resources to complement the training. The consultation covers 1 full programme cycle leading you to your A-race. Should you then wish to plan for a new A-race, another consultation is required - if within 6 months of the previous cycle, this is discounted to $250.
Nutrition Plans
The Nutrition Consultation reviews your current nutrition status including a 7-day food diary and provides tools and guidance to improve or transition to a completely wholefood plant-based diet, with support for the 1 month. The Nutrition Support is an option should you wish for ongoing direct support and input, with the possibility of reviewing a new food diary. The Athlete's Locker contains 40-plus wholefood plant-based recipes including breakfasts, main meals, snacks, condiments, and training options.
1-on-1 Coaching
Depending on the session booked, this can be as little as 30 minutes to as long as 2 hours in duration. The price could also vary accordingly so please message first before booking.
Athlete's Locker
This is a monthly membership that provides you with resources, plant-based recipes, discounts and basic support. You do not need to be a coached athlete or client, but wish to be a part of the tribe. This also includes the weekly group track sessions at Mt Smart Athletics Track in Auckland.
