Emma is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist with a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition. Based in Boonah, south-east Queensland, Australia where she runs her private practice, she also serves as a member of the Doctors For Nutrition advisory council, is a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, and is a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher.

Ben is a Triathlon New Zealand level 3 accredited and XTERRA certified coach, with a Vegan Nutritionist and Sports Nutrition Business Diploma. He is based in Auckland, New Zealand and has over 25 years of competitive triathlon, trail running and multisport experience.
