XTERRA NEW ZEALAND
Fitness Locker's head coach is New Zealand's first XTERRA-certified coach with an objective to engage more of the community into challenging themselves against the elements of off-road racing. Fitness Locker has an established partnership with the country's two XTERRA multisport festivals, providing specialised coaching, training camps and race-day services, as well as a podcast supporting the region's professional XTERRA athletes.
Training Plans - Free to download
Up to 8 training sessions per week with training volume of between 2-and-a-half to 10 hours, depending on the training plan you select.
To start the respective training plan, it is recommended that a minimum amount of training has been undertaken for the 4 to 6 weeks prior.
